We had apartment with stunning views. Location was stunning and amazing in the fantastic area next to National Trust and lovely places to walk, and Kingswear with the option of a ferry return to Greenway.

Good to have a lounge area and a kitchen. Amazing and great location, right by the river, and the occasional ferry.

It had a beautiful and lovely setting close enough to the occasional ferry, and Brixham, Dartmouth, Slapton Sands, Dittisham and more. There were a multi-channel TV, a dining area and a seating area, plus stunning river views.

The bed was comfortable and I appreciated having tea and coffee making facilities, a fridge, and an oven.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at a hidden gem surrounded by peaceful nature. The annexe at Higher Greenway provided me with everything I needed for a comfortable and relaxing trip. From the well-equipped kitchen to the cozy living area, every detail was taken care of. The views from the private terrace were simply breathtaking, allowing me to unwind while watching the river and the charming steam train pass by. The hosts were friendly, informative, and respectful of my privacy. I can't wait to return to this idyllic retreat.

While my stay was fantastic, I did have a couple of minor issues. The pillows were a bit lumpy, which affected my sleep quality.

We got excellent value for our money at Higher Greenway Annexe. The room was cozy and had all the essential amenities, along with thoughtful touches like books and games. The location was stunning, with breathtaking views of the river and occasional sightings of passing ferries. The staff, especially Charlie the owner, were welcoming, helpful, and went the extra mile to ensure we had a pleasant stay. We would definitely recommend this property and hope to return next year.

The location and views were absolutely amazing! The property was set high up in the woodland, overlooking a beautiful river and even had a view of the Dartmouth Steam Train passing by. It was such a picturesque setting. The layout of the property was great and the windows and patio offered fantastic views. The property was well equipped with everything you need, including Sky TV and free Wifi with a good connection.

The property could definitely use some maintenance and repairs. It was clear that it had been used before and could do with a bit of TLC.
